John Fotiadis has been a licensed architect in the United States for 20 years and has worked in the profession of Architecture for over 25 years. Over the course of his career, John has worked in key management positions in major Architecture firms in NY and has also provided independent consulting services for clients as varied as Sony Electronics, The Permanent Mission of Greece to the United Nations, and Piraeus Bank. Immediately prior to founding John Fotiadis Architect PLLC, John was the Director of Design for Costas Kondylis and Partners LLP in New York. During his tenure at CKP, he oversaw a group of 25 designers and supervised projects in the United States as well as Europe and the Middle East. Among the projects was an 1.6- million-square-meter master plan for the Lusail waterfront development in Doha, Qatar, apartment layouts for Trump Towers Istanbul, and the prototype design for the Starwood Hotels extended stay brand ‘Element,’ as well as several residential projects in New York City. John graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (cum laude) from Temple University in 1989. He also has a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University (1991).
