Oscar Cavallera has over 30 years of international experience in the Hospitality and Food&Beverage industry. His curriculum includes barman hotel Principe di Savoia (Milan), management bar hotel Gallia (Milan), management catering fashion show Armani (Milan). In 1985 he founded MK Consulting, a consultant company in Food&Beverage marketing solutions. His clients have included Starwood, Sol Melia, Valtur, Starhotels, Martini, Campari, Bacardi, Laurent Perrier, Illy, Lavazza, Barilla, Coca Cola, hotel Metropole (Venice), Venissa wine resort, Relais&Chateau Chateaux Monfort (Milan), Ferragamo hotels (Florence) and Altagamma foundation. As a hotel consultant, he works worldwide with special focus on Asia and Middle East. He is a teacher of New Entertainment Design, Hotel Design, Food Design at Politecnico University (Milan) and of Horeca Workshop Architecture & Marketing at Milano Business School. In the last 5 years he taught Food&beverage Marketing at Alma (Scuola Internazionale di cucina italiana) and at Ca' Foscari Venice University. As a journalist, he wrote for "Il Giornale" and "La guida dell'Espresso", and also for all the most important Italian professional magazine. He was director of Bar University for Sole 24 Ore. Oscar has a Master Bar Manager at Catering College of Blackpool (UK) and he has educated in Italy and France in Hospitality and Tourism.
