General Manager of Castellum Hotel**** in Hollókő, which is the only UNESCO’s World Heritage living village in Hungary.

As part of his role, he was Director of the Great-Plain Region and a member of the Board in the Hungarian Hotel & Restaurant Association. He was involved in Euroskills 2018 Budapest competition as a Reception Workshop Manager.

He has much experience in pre-opening Hotels and due to his background from Director of Sales and Operational Managers positions from different Hotel chains, Bath Centres and Spa Hotels, he has expertise in the field of Marketing and Sales. He got involved with medical tourism as the Director of Főnix Medical Resort, the very first Rehabilitation Centre in Hungary.

His philosophy is based on the following:  „A good leader should be the best psychologist, and one who has to understand the mentality and language of the different generations.

Renewal and technical development are the key tasks in Hospitality business. This industry should think about its present and future relevancy much more often. We take ourselves for granted too much and we do not think critically about our current and future business.”
