With his experience, Ludek is already one of the veterans of hotel industry, although he began his working career after the University of Economics in civil aviation.

It was years in aviation that opened the whole world to him for a global understanding and the profession, which he still pursues with great love.

 Ludek spent most of his life abroad where he successfully accomplished of many challenging projects and jobs such as three hotels openings carrying luxury international brands,

couple of property upgrade and renovations, he also opened the 1st Championship Golf Course & Golf Academy in the Baltics and was fully involved in the opening

the gigantic Olympics multi-branded world-class resort in Krasnaya Polyana, Caucasus mountains for the Winter Olympic Games Sochi 2014.

 He is adaptable to changes, knows strenghts and weakness, empathy and sympathy, the person with strategic mindset.

These qualities help him especially today, when the whole world is struggling with a coronavirus for quite a long time.

 During last two years he leads his Team in Spa Hotel ULRIKA, Karlovy Vary, the wonderful property which became the first hotel in Czech Republic to win prestigious International Hospitality Awards “BEST MEDICAL HOTEL 2019”
