Vaclav has more than 19 years of experience in hospitality industry. His career started in the USA where he has been working in various international hotel chains, such as Sheraton, Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton and where he also graduated in Hotel & Restaurant Management. After his return to the Czech Republic, he was working on managerial positions in several Prague properties.

As a Head of Hotel Transaction in JAN Hospitality, Vaclav is responsible for selling, leasing and franchising hotels, managing audits of hotel restaurant operations, feasibility and market studies, and hotel valuations.
